Clean anger can have useful expression if it comes from a well attuned intuition, and a knoweldege of which of your values is broken, then it rises and falls within 90 seconds, and provides useful social cues to a rupture in trust.

I agree that you should sit with anger that is tainted by previous pain, yet, this clean anger seems a useful part of human experience, and did we get anywhere by shaming any part of our human experience?

Isn't insisting that anger is not useful, repressing it?
