I feel like you play the game because it's more addictive, the game actually takes more brain processing than reading a non-fiction book, which would be restorative. This speaks to me of the brains natural bias towards a quick fix, or quick hit dopamine. It takes concerted effort to change these habits sometimes, am I seeing this right?
