Yes, it's hard isn't it. When you see people who are stuck in these patterns and you want to reflect back to them that there's a better way, and they have to take their own journey. Patience is hard for me, and I feel that the universe is continually teaching me the lesson of patient seed planting and nurturing in relationships. Do you know what I mean?
